MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Packages Available: Located in a renovated 1904 church, each suite is completely furnished and contains some features of the original building, such as stamped tin ceilings and rich woodwork. Greg and Kathy, the studio's owners, live on-site and are available for directions, dining suggestions, event happenings and site-seeing options.

SUITE # 1 the "ANGEL LOFT" - is the ideal wedding night or romantic getaway destination, with beautiful touches for the women and rich woodwork for the men. A soaring 17ft cathedral ceiling in original stamped tin, plush upholstery, and period furnishings make this suite the perfect hideaway. Features include; a full size bed with 500 thread count sheets, microfiber blankets, and extra pillows. An original church pew and period vanity complete the 2nd story loft. The suite also includes a full kitchen, living room with twin sleeper sofa, and full bath with plush towels, bubble bath, lotions, and hair dryer. Special touches; fresh cut flowers and chocolates for a sweet kiss goodnight.

SUITE #2 the "COACH SUITE" - is all about down home comfort. A daybed in the living room will invite you in for some serious downtime. Microwave some popcorn in the complete kitchen, put your feet up and settle in with a DVD or classic novel. But watch out -with a queen sized Amish log bed and 400 thread count sheets, you might fall asleep on Friday and not wake up until Sunday! A full bath with plush towels, bubble bath, lotions, and a hair dryer rounds out your private "suite away from home". This unit is on the first floor for easy accessibility and sleeps four to five comfortably. The Coach Suite offers a family all the comforts of home at the price of a single motel room.

SUITE #3 "THE PENTHOUSE" - is bright, open, and perfect for larger groups. Two bedrooms (1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds), two living room seating areas (one with a double size futon), and an eat-in kitchen for six are just a few of its many features. The 1904 original tin ceilings make an interesting contrast to the modern beach decor. Everything from bubble bath to fresh cut flowers is designed to give you the ultimate vacation experience.

Breakfast- Studio North has two special breakfast options: the Bakers Breakfast (starting at just $5.00 per person) and the full Irish Country Breakfast (at just $10.00 per person). 

Your Own Fridge here- if you have special dietary needs, or are particular about your foods, we will stock your refrigerator free of charge (purchases not included). Just send us a list of items and you'll have what you need, when you want it!

Spa Time- Studio North offers a varitey of spa options. And everything from massages to pedicures are offered in-suite. A complete listing of services is provided with your reservation confirmation package.

SPECIAL PACKAGES:

A Weekend Away- grab a couple of your friends and run away for the weekend. Walk the beach, tour the art studios, ride a trolley car and relax by a bonfire. Even enjoy a chocolate fountain in your room! Prices start at $45 per person per night.

Each suite has a private entrance off the original church bell tower hallway. Check-in at the art studio on the north end of the building (see www.GregoryAD.com), then settle in and make yourselves comfortable. In additional to a traditional Bed & Breakfast, Studio North offers the comforts of a condo rental.  The Penthouse and Coach suite each sleep five to six people and each kitchen contains: Coffee, tea, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots, pans, china, silverware, and basic cooking supplies such as measuring cups. Bring your own goodies and save some serious $ by eating a few meals here in your "home away from home".

Prices based on double occupancy. For families or groups add an additional $10 per guest, per night, per suite. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the balance due at check-in. We accept all major credit cards.

ROMANCE PACKAGE: We've put together the ULTIMATE romantic getaway package. Beyond our normal comforts like 500 thread count sheets - you'll also receive an in-suite massage, a bottle of champagne, chocolates and more!

During the summer, a two night stay is required for weekend reservations. Monday through Friday there are no restrictions on reservations.

24 hour notice is required for cancellations. If you have an emergency your deposit may be applied to a future stay, please check with us.

My fiance and I spent Columbus Day weekend here (2009), and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. In addition, the hosts were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend these accomodations.

Once again, we were able to visit Studio North Guest Suites and enjoyed our stay just as much as the first. The ambience of the old church and the spacious, comfortable room was a welcome retreat. The full kitchen available is such an asset. Not having to go out to eat every meal and having all of our favorite snacks at our fingertips makes for a very relaxing experience. Thanks, Greg and Kathy, for your hospitality.

We were so impressed with our stay! Awesome hospitality and wonderful accomodations. All the comforts of home in a peaceful, charming structure. We will definitely be back.
