Patio furniture, chaise loungers, Fire Pit, and BBQ grill. Wireless Internet Access and washer and dryer.

Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Comfortably sleeps six. Living room, dining room and kitchen flow nicely as a large open area.
RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION
Summer 6/12/2012 to 9/11/2012 $1300 - $1700 per week
Spring 4/3/2012 - 6/11/2012 and Fall 9/10/2012 - 10/31/2012 Monday - Fridays $150 per day
Spring and Fall require a 3 night minimum.
Summer rental is Friday to Friday weekly rental only. $300 Security Deposit required.
