Open all year, (winter is by the week) enjoy summer activities like swimming and boating. Perfect spot for Salmon Fishing! Nice shoreline for swimming. Watch the freighters go thru the River, and the ferry going back and forth. Faces west for beautiful sunsets. Includes lighted dock space with power, can accomodate boats up to 20 feet. Also, an attached garage for your toys or vehicles.

Also enjoy fall and winter activities from this home. Easy access to snowmobile trails on Drummond or DeTour! Simply ride your snowmobile across the ferry and have access to hundreds more miles of trails! Other amenities include a firepit, charcoal grill, garage, washer/dryer, phone, TV's all over the house, deck overlooking the River, and did we mention the view?!

Lounge in front of 3 large color TVs, 2 stereo-VCRs, and a Sony Playstation. Forget your book? Don't worry, we have a library of books, board games, puzzles, and movies to keep you entertained. Outside, kick back and relax on the wrap-around deck, complete with cedar furniture, a porch swing, charcoal grill, and fully wired with electrical outlets. The attractively landscaped grounds include a hot tub overlooking a sandy beach. There is even a fire pit for some serious barbeques. An attached garage and large driveway provide ample parking for cars and snowmobile. Rental includes use of a private pier and boat slip, easily accommodating vessels up to 20 feet in deep water.
