MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Come enjoy one of our 14 rental units. We have 11 two bedroom cabins, 2 three bedroom cabins, and a 1600sq ft- two story chalet. All but one of the units are on the beach. Most of the beds are doubles, but we do have some queen beds and some twins. We are open from May to October. We also rent a pontoon, bass boats, sport boats, fishing boats, kayaks and a paddleboat to those who rent a cabin here and to those who do not rent a cabin here.

The new, two story, 2 bath chalet has approximately 1600 square feet. It includes a living room, dining area, full sized kitchen, and huge 12ft X 28ft deck. There is one queen sized bed, two doubles, two twin sized beds, and two sleeper sofas, providing sleeping for 8 (or more). Chalet lower level is handicapped accessible and has a dishwasher, garbage disposer, washer and dryer.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

05/14/10 to 05/28/10 $104 - 293 per day

5/29/10 to 9/6/10 $147 - 345 per day

9/7/10 to 10/31/10 $104 - 293 per month

A deposit of $150 per cabin week is required ($300 for chalet). All rentals subject to Michigan use taxes. Cabins are reserved upon receipt of the deposit per week; a partial refund will be given if cancellation is received prior to rental date. Damage to rented items is the responsibility of the renter, except reasonable wear resulting from normal use.

I am glad to see you are still here.. I as a child for MANY years stayed in the cabins with my grandparents. The summers were winderful. I am going to start coming again with my own kids!!!!
