MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This is a brand new, clean and completely furnished two bedroom cottage that sleeps up to six people. The property is located on a wooded one acre lot in the heart of Manistee County, yet very close to everything the sportsman or casual vacationer would desire. All you need to do is bring is your own groceries, toiletries, and firewood. All essentials are supplied. You will be near the North Country Scenic Trail, Tippy & Hodenpyl dams (of course, this is the truest unspoiled stretch of the Manistee River), you name it, we have it.

The cottage is essentially a small home that's available nightly or weekly. Rest assured this is not a rustic rental; lots of room on the property for your boats, RVs, snowmobiles, and tents. FYI, smoking is allowed outside only!

Everything is supposed to be of a relaxed nature out here, and I'm sure that's why somebody might want to spend some time in the presence of Manistee County. This is how I want to look at life; live & be respectful. If that's what you are looking for in a vacation location, here it is.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

My rates are $110 per night for the first two people and $15 each additional person. I do ask for a security deposit equaling one nights stay in order to book your reservation. The deposit will be returned after satisfactory check out or cancellation within 48 hours. 48 hour notice is required if you can't make your reservation. Thank you!
