This is a fully stocked 1800 square foot Cottage (house) has everything you need Just bring is your sheets, towels, and food and you are ready to go!

Located just 20 minutes to Mount Pleasant (Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort and Central Michigan University) and Big Rapids (Home of Farris State University) this newly built cottage offers lots to do in all the seasons.

The spring is great time fishing, boating, and the lake is usually ready for swimming before Memorial day.

The summer time is a blast because the cottage sits on
Tubbs lake which is approximately 450 all sport lake with some of the best fishing in the county. Tubbs lake is one of the inter connected lakes on the Martiny Chain of lakes which all together consisting of 2400 acres of all sport fun. We have a 20 foot long dock that can dock which can accommodate up to a 24 foot boat.

The fall brings duck hunting season and Tubbs lake is a state certified water fowl area and is a premiere location for hunting.

Winter brings ice fishing at its best! Just walk out the back door and fish, no shanty needed. For your children the house has its own sledding hill on both sides of the house and when the lake is frozen sweep off the snow and ice skate, or break out the cross country skis and ski
for miles. The cottage is only 10 minutes from 100's of miles of snowmobile trails.

This place is great! We booked this place last minute for my brothers bachelor party, and we couldn't have been happier! Everyone kept commenting on how nice the place was. The place is beautiful, has great views, large deck, gas fireplace, plenty of room... Bill was great to deal with, responded quickly, and let me pay through PayPal which was great. We can't wait to go back...
