We are located 100 miles north of the Detroit Metropolitan and are 17 miles north of Port Huron. Our cottages are only a few houses apart so two families can rent and are within walking distance from each other. The back yards almost touch. Imagine swinging on the wood swing while roasting your marshmellows gazing at the freighters on Lake Huron go by..........The Castaway and Timeaway Cottages are directly across the street from each other just around the corner from the Sailaway.

MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

A-1 Cottages have beautiful views of Lake Huron and are open year round. There are 7 beach accesses that you can swim and/or walk the beach. Three cottages/homes sleep 6-9 people depending on which cottage you choose. These cottages are within walking distance of each other. All cottages are less than 100 feet to the beach. Downtown Lexington is only a 4 minute drive to all the shops, restaurants, pier, harbor, beach, pubs, and the theatre. The Sailaway Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, screened in porch, wrap around deck, gas fire place, large yard with horse shoe pits, and faces the lake. The views are breath taking! The Castaway (sage green cottage) has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, dining room, back yard, view of Lake Huron from the living room, and only 3 houses from the beach. The Timeaway Cottage has 3 bedrooms, enclosed porch, dining room, kitchen, family room, 1 bathroom, and a back yard. It is 2 houses from Lake Huron.  All of our cottages have fully stocked kitchens, living rooms with cable TV and DVD player, deck or porch, fire pits, gas BBQ grills, back yards with patio table, and chairs. Smoking is allowed outside. Dogs are allowed with permission from owner. All feces must be removed from the property. Animals are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or on the beach.

Open year round. Sailaway has gas fireplace and looks directly at Lake Huron.  Castaway and Timeaway Cottages are across the street from each other which is great for two families who want to share time together but have the privacy at night. RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

After Labor Day Weekend to before Memorial Day Weekend $110-$120 per night with a 2 night minimum.

Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend $800 per week for the Castaway and Timeaway Cottages. $950 per week for the Sailaway Cottage which is lakefront and sleeps 9. $120.00 - $140.00 per night with a 2 night minimum up to May 21, 2009.

Prices range from $800-$950 per week beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend or $120 to $140 per night (2 night minimum). Cottages are rented Friday to Friday beginning June 19th through September 7th. $120-$140 per night for shorter visits within 10 days of arrival if the week has not been rented (2 night minimum)

Off season rates (after Labor Day weekend up until Memorial Day weekend) are $110-120 per night (2 night minimum).

we took full advantage of the screen porch, the deck, the fire pit, the grill and all of the fans in the house (it was in the 90's when we came). It was peaceful and very relaxing. I will not only suggest "Sailaway" to friends and family i will see me again!
