Rates listed do not include taxes and fees (Booking fee $45, Cleaning fee $95-$350), Pet fee ($150 per pet), Property Damage Protector Insurance $55 - $95. Vacation Protector Insurance is available.
50% of rent and taxes plus booking fee is due at time of reservation. The balance is due thirty days prior to arrival. Ask about our cancellation policy, or view it at www.holiday vacationrental.com. Security deposits are refunded within 30 days of check out, providing there are no damages to the home.
