MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Cass Lake is the largest, 1280 acres, inland all-sports lake in Southeastern Michigan located in Oakland County. Surrounding cities include the communities of West Bloomfield, Orchard Lake, Keego Harbor and Waterford Township. The State Park, Dodge Park #4, is at the beginning of the bay with 139 acres and one mile of shoreline with a beautiful sandy beach. The Lake House is an ideal place to visit with family and friends in the area. Enjoy lakefront games of volleyball, badminton, or bocce ball before your sunset bonfire.
This tastefully appointed, light filled home with central air and free wifi is situated on the tranquil northern bay of Cass Lake. Bring your boat and dock it right in front of the Lake House. Fishing and swimming are all outside your door. Locals love Cass Lake, and you will too. The sophisticated Lake House features leather sofas, hardwood floors, and a natural fireplace in the lounging area. The bay view dining room seats 10. The oak and granite kitchen is ready for entertaining. Fully equipped with enough china and wine glasses to entertain friends. The large, private deck is positioned in a courtyard layout equipped with a gas barbeque with two tables to accommodate outdoor dining for 10 plus comfortably.
Three fabulous bedrooms make this a perfect home for three couples or a family. French doors lead you to the spacious Great Room/Master Suite with oak flooring and large windows with an 18 foot ceiling offering a panoramic view of the bay. It is appointed with a leather queen sleeper sofa and bathroom.
The Lakefront Bedroom has a king-size bed with access to the deck.
The romantic Merlot Bedroom has a king-size bed and roll away bed.
There is a small loft with two large windows with a built in ladder for the adventurous and room enough for a couple of your sleeping bags.
To accommodate more friends right next door, please visit Sunset Cottage, West Bloomfield. The landscaping provide privacy at both properties.
Enjoy an evening lakeside bonfire or lay back and see if you can catch a glimpse of the swans flying over the bay.
