MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
105 feet of private beach on East Bay 1/2 mile north of Elk Rapids. The cottage offers one full size bed on main floor (street level), one queen size bed on lower level on beach level. For the kids there's a sleeping loft. This is a single family rental and it is priced accordingly. Large pictures windows face west bay for great water and sunset views. The beach level deck is 25 X 30. Note: this is a 100% residential area so my neighbors will respect your space as I expect my guest to respect theirs. The cottage is in a non-rental area on North Bay Shore Drive, meaning the summer homes around the cottage are not rented and range in value between $700k and $1.5m... unfortunately mine is not!
