MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
105 feet of private beach on East Bay 1/2 mile north of Elk Rapids. The cottage offers non smoking, one full size bed on main floor (street level), one queen size pillow-top bed on lower level (beach level). For the kids there's a very clean sleeping loft. This is a single family rental and it is priced accordingly. Large pictures windows face west over looking the bay for great water and sunset views. The beach level deck is 25 X 30. Note: this is a 100% residential area so my neighbors will respect your space as I expect my guest to respect theirs. The cottage is in a non-rental area on North Bay Shore Drive, meaning the summer homes around the cottage are not rented and range in value between $700k and $1.5m... unfortunately mine is not!
The point, a very private and comfortable location to enjoy some quality time with your family. Non smoking location.
