Located on beautiful Intermediate Lake, the house has 100 feet of lakefront and includes a screened in porch, dock, firepit, gas grill, raft,pool table, cable tv and high speed internet connection. The water is shallow and sandy close to shore making it perfect for families with small children or adults who like to tie their rafts to the dock and soak in the sun. There is a boat house with a deck with a view for 10 miles. The house is located in Central Lake, Michigan which is just minutes from Bellaire. It is close to several championship golf courses, restaurants, shopping, casinos, wineries, and several northern "hot spots": ten minutes from Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain, ten minutes from Torch Lake, 20 minutes from Charlevoix, 35 minutes from Traverse City and Boyne City, 40 minutes from Petoskey. Available year round for all of your recreation activities: swimming, boating, fishing, water-sports, golfing, hiking, hunting, fall color tours, etc. Whether you like to be on the go or prefer to sit and relax, this home offers you all the choices.

Home has one bedroom with king size bed and 1/2 bath, one bedroom with queen size bed and full bath and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. House has large lower level which can accomodate children on blow up matresses.
