MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A five bedroom, two full bath home, completely furnished and equipped is available for weekly or monthly rental,year round. Located across the street from beautiful Walloon Lake, within short walking distance to the Walloon Village, and a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain, or to downtown Petoskey, it is a perfect location. Year round activities are at your doorstep, from water sports, skiing, bird watching, to morel hunting. The home includes a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen, laundry facilities, a stone fireplace in the living room, hardwood floors, cable TV with DVD and CD player, and a large front porch overlooking the lake with an old fashion swing for two. The homes 5 bedrooms include 2 rooms with a double bed in each, one room with bunk beds, one with a twin bed and set of bunk beds, and one room with two twin beds and one trundle bed. The living room has one sleeper sofa. All linens and towels are included with the exception of beach towels. No pets are allowed and smoking is allowed outside only. References and damage deposit required.
