A fully furnished and equipped 3200sq foot home on 16 secluded acres in the beautiful Irish Hills of South East Michigan. The home sleeps 9 adults in four bedrooms. It includes a 7 person hottub, swimming pool, tennis/basket ball court and baseball diamond. The grounds contain 2 large ponds and 1/2 mile of river frontage. RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

After Labor Day Weekend to Memorial Day Weekend $1,750 per week

Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend $2,750 per week

NASCAR weeks to 6/09-16 8/11-18 $4,000 per week

Special Holidays to Christmas/Thanksgiving/Easter $3,000 per week

$2,000 security deposit returned within one week of departure unless there is a problem, $300 cleaning fee. Half of the rent is requested at time of booking and the rest plus the security deposit and cleaning fee is due 30 days before arrival.
