Beaver Island is located approximately 35 miles off the quaint resort town of Charlevoix. Beaver Island is roughly five miles wide and 12 miles long with more than 100 scenic roadways. Its 50 square miles of natural forest and predominantly Irish population earned it a reputation as Michigan's Emerald Isle. Fishermen flock to the island to enjoy the challenges of four inland lakes including: -Font Lake for Large Mouth bass and Perch -Barney's Lake for Pike -Fox Lake which is stocked with Trout -Lake Geneserath which is known for large Pike.
