MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The cottage is a log style ranch built in 1940. It is located on all sports Big Blue Lake (rated one of the cleanest lakes in Michigan) at 6797 Blue Lake Road NE in Kalkaska County. This is a 3 bedroom cottage and has a loft. One bedroom has a full bunk bed, the two other bedrooms have a full bed in each and the loft has a full bed. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Cottage has a private 40' dock to fish off of or to dock your boat. There is a 12' row boat for your use.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

Weekend Rates:
$150.00 per night for up to six people. $15.00 for each person over six (maximum of ten) per night. Two night minimum stay required.

Weekly Rates:
$750.00 per week for up to six people. $15.00 for each person over six (maximum of ten) per night. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 4:00 pm and check out time of 11:00 am.

A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Weekend deposit is $50.00 and if booking a week the deposit is $100.00. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation. Remainder of balance due 10 days before check in. A set of keys will be given to you upon arriving.
