DIRECTIONS FROM I-75: Take I-75 north to the Frederic/Lewiston exit (exit 264). Proceed into Frederic to the light and turn left, then make a quick right on County Road 612. Continue on 612 for about 10 miles to Sunset Trail. There will be a small gas well on the left and a small cottage on the right. Turn right on Sunset Trail and continue to the stop sign. Turn left on Twin Lake Road and the cottage is two houses down on the right (lake side). Look for the "House For Rent" sign on the garage. Garage is white and attached to the cottage. The cottage and the garage have a flat roof. Address is: 10393 Twin Lake Road NE. DIRECTIONS FROM US-131: Take US-131 north through Kalkaska and continue until you reach Twin Lake Road. The Mother Lode Restaurant is located on the left. Turn right onto Twin Lake Road. Proceed to 10393 Twin Lake Road NE. Look for the for rent sign on white garage.

Ranch style cottage on 210 acre all sports Big Twin lake. Beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen and living room. Big Twin Lake is rated one of the cleanest lakes in the State of Michigan and has a sandy bottom. This 2 bedroom home has 1 full bed in each room. Sofa sleeper in living room. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This home has a private 40' dock to fish off of or dock your boat.

Weekly - 04/09/2007 to 04/09/2008 $700.00 per week

Weekend rates:
$125.00 per night. Two night minimum stay required. If you stay for three or more nights the rate is $100.00 per night.

Weekly rates:
$700.00 per week. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 4:00pm and check out time of 11:00am.

A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Weekend deposit is $50.00 and if booking a week the deposit is $100.00. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation. Remainder of balance due 10 days before check in. A set of keys will be given to you upon arriving.
