MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Bayshore is a family oriented place where you can relax and unwind on almost 40 acres of peace and quiet with hundreds of feet of water frontage surrounding a small bay and a stocked trout pond! There is a covered patio area to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and a large stone ringed fire pit to sit around for an evening campfire and star gazing. The fully furnished space is 1100 sq ft all on one floor with no stairs for easy access. The 3 spacious bedrooms are clean and comfortable and each room has a great view overlooking the water. You'll have all the comforts of home while enjoying the outdoors. Built into the hillside, the rooms stay naturally cool in summer and have ceramic tile floors with in-floor heat for cooler days. Summer guests have use of a rowboat, a pedal boat, and a 2 person sit-on-top kayak. Fish out front on Portage Lake or in the stocked trout pond for Rainbow Trout or Bluegills. In the winter, there is plenty of safe and secure parking space for snowmobilers. Snowshoers and skiers can hike around the property or venture out on the frozen lake.
