MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Fully furnished two bedroom cottage located on Middle Bayou, with water access to beautiful Hamlin Lake. The bayou is a no wake area. We are located just north of Ludington, MI. The area has a lot to offer with it's beautiful beaches. You can enjoy swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing, water skiing, or fishing on Hamlin Lake. There is water access to the Ludington State Park. The area offers shopping, site seeing, restaurants, bowling, movie theaters and much more all located just minutes away.

Cottage has queen sized beds in each bedroom. Full bath with tub and shower. Living room and bedrooms has wall to wall carpeting. Blankets, sheets and pillows are provided. Guests are to provide their own towels, paper and plastic products. There is a dock located in front of the cottage for your boat.

Additional:

Off season months and rates: May: $500 per week $100 per night September and October $500 per week or $100 per night.

EARLY JUNE SPECIAL!!!! Great time for fishing. $500.00 PER WEEK FOR EITHER WEEK OF MAY 30TH TO JUNE 5TH OR JUNE 5TH THROUGH JUNE 12TH.

$650 per week for a family of four.
$750 per week for four adults.
$200 deposit required per week of rental.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The owers are right next door and are super helpful. We had a great time fishing right off the dock and by boat in the lake. In the morning we could watch the swans and ducks eat and play in the lake while drinking our morning coffee. Our trip was in September and we were able to drive down to Muskegon for the Irish Festival there. It was nice to be able to have someplace close where we had our own food and creature comforts rather than staying in a hotel. We will surely be looking here first for future summer vacations!

Our second time staying at this lovely cottage and we were just as pleased as the first. Owners are friendly, accomodating and helpful without being intrusive. Cottage is CLEAN, and very comfortable.

A wonderful and tranquil place to stay. The cottage is very clean and contains all of the ammenities of home. Close to the main part of town, and owners are extremely nice. Would recommend staying here to everyone!

This is an awesome immaculate cottage! We stayed over Labor day weekend "2007". Very quite, relaxing on the Bayou. Close to town and the Ludington State park. Owners Walter and Brenda live next door, very friendly and respect privacy of renters. We will return and recommend to friends.
