Spacious,charming 2-story cottage for rent. Located on the Plymouth Beach canal just as it flows into Burt Lake. Beach area right across the street. Large rooms, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, laundry room with washer & dryer, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two TV/VCR/DVDs. Beautiful deck with gas grill, and yard with kids' play area. Boat dockage on Plymouth Beach canal, & 1 car garage.

The five bedrooms include 2 queen, 2 double, & 2 twin beds. The living area is very open and has two sky lights creating a warm and homey feeling. Everything is provided for you with the exception of your sheets, and towels.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

5/1/2009 to 11/20/2009 Summer weekly rate. $1,600.00 per week (Friday to Friday)check in 3:00pm & check out 10:00am. $125.00 Cleaning Fee, both cleaning fee and rental fee are due two weeks prior to occupancy. $200.00 Deposit due upon reservation, and returned within two weeks of departure.

Winter and Spring 2009/2010 Will rent weekends in winter and spring for $200.00 per night. Summer nightly rate $250.00 Rentals are based on availability, call to inquire 313-530-4288.

What a wonderful place to vacation. It has the warmth and charm of a cottage yet the spaciousness and all the conviences of home. Plenty of room for a large family without getting into each others way. When you are tired of lounging on the beach or water sports you are just minutes from Indian River and just 30 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge or Mackinac Island. We can't wait to go back.

Dear Carol, Three generations were at your home this week and we ALL loved it! We wished we lived closer and could visit your home more often! The kitchen table was filled with love and laughter every night as we ate together and played evening games as a big family. This place is huge, and beautiful! Have your next family reunion here. You've got everything you need for a wonderful, woodsy getaway by the lake. And the price is right!

We have rented this cottage for four summers now and after renting for approx ten years this is not only the best location to enjoy family activities, and the most we have ever gotten for our money. Great swimming sandy bottom, and only waiste high for 100 yards from shore. Close to boat ramp, and has dockage for up to a 30 foot boat.
