A great summer experience for the family. Updated and beautiful 3 bedroom condo with all the extras. Nicely appointed and will make you feel like it's your own summer home and not a rental property.
Summer Rental 2010: August dates still available, please refer to calendar. June and all of July booked, thanks to the annual repeat renters. Located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The only complex located on the water, one mile of beach front on Little Traverse Bay. Unit is a short walk to the beach.Great swimming/sunning options: beautiful outdoor pool in park like setting with decks, tennis and BBQ grill. Indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna for cooler days. Complex contains hiking and bike trails. Comfortably sleeps six: MBR and BR2 with queen beds, BR3 with twin trundle beds. Recently updated kitchen: hardwood fllor, new cabinets and appliances and granite counter tops. Bathrooms remodeled :granite top and larger custom tiled shower, very clean and comfortable. All bed linens and towels included and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and eating utensils, so you won't have any problems cooking if that's something you want to do. However, there are a large number of dining options in Harbor and Petoskey. We offer a HD flatscreen with combo DVD/VCR as well as cable and an assortment of DVD's appealing to a range of tastes. Telephone in condo and wi-fi available in the complex clubhouse. Washer and dryer in unit.
