Davies House in Georgetown has five lovely sleeping rooms for your comfort: Suzanne�s Room and Jonathan�s Room each has a beautiful view of Georgetown Golf Course. Each has a full-size bed and shared bath. Combine these two rooms to form a Family Suite. Dottie�s Suite boasts a luxuriously appointed Queen-size, four-poster bed. The sitting area's fireplace invites you to sip a glass of wine in the two over-stuffed wing chairs. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Access the Jacuzzi Suite via the spiral staircase to your own private entrance and screened-in porch overlooking the golf course. This spacious suite includes a King-size bed, private sitting area, in-room refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave, romantic two-person Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and seperate shower. Chris' Place offers the privacy and convenience of a lower level efficiency apartment particularly attractive for long-term stays. A cozy loveseat invites you to snuggle up and watch some TV. The kitchen is perfect for making light meals with full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and sink. The sleeping area has a double bed and is adjacent to the private bathroom with walk-in shower. Whole house rentals are also available on a weekend, weekly, or monthly basis.

A breath of fresh air in a lodging market filled with overpriced new housing and delapidated make-due choices, Davies House in Georgetown provided an exceptional, home-like setting for my two month study at UM. Jan's orientation made Ann Arbor feel like my hometown. Clean, comfortable, warm, and friendly are available at an affordable price. Available when needed, absent offering privacy, Jan meets customer needs with solutions: airport pick-up, on the bus route, a bike available, near running trails and parks, close to restaurants and shopping yet in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Good place for my needs.

If you are looking for a warm, inviting, and friendly atmosphere and host, then this is the place for you! The accomodations are lovely and very comfortable. Jan is a fount of information and really goes out of her way to ensure your stay is a great one. I highly recommend the Davies House in Georgetown.

As a woman traveling alone on business, the Innkeeper was extremely helpful to me. She suggested a safe route for me to run, she made restaurant reservations, and even scoped out parking near my destination for me ahead of time. Outgoing, friendly, always interested in my needs. Exceeded my expectations! A delightful experience.
